The Power of the Presence of God

"Whither shall I go from thy spirit, whither shall I flee from thy presence?" Psalm 139:7

This statement of the psalmist shows the omnipresence of God; He is everywhere and is fully aware of whatever is going on in the world at the same time. Despite God's attendance in every place and every situation we find ourselves in, God still wants to be sought by men.

"When thou saidst seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face Lord will I seek" Psalm 27:8

The glory that God exalts Himself in is that the men that seek Him will be found of Him. What this means is that God will only be revealed to those who seek Him and they are the only ones that can benefit of His goodness.

Psalm 34:4 says, "I sought the Lord and He heard me and delivered me from all my fears."

So don't just sit there and say, "God is everywhere, He sees my situation, He'll come through for me". That's a lie. He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him and He will bless you based on the principle that you have chosen to follow from the scripture.

This is just that one more thing you need to know in your spiritual walk with the Lord.
