Interviewer: Excellent morning sir.
Interviewer: Would you mind telling a little about yourself?
A: Ok, to the glory of God, I remain my humble self Adebayo Olusegun francis, hail from southern part of kwara state, ekiti local government precisely
Where I obtained my primary school certificate
I graduated from Kwara state university where I studied political science
I got marry in the year 2020 to my beautiful wife and we re blessed with a child
Interviewer: Great..
So sir, How long have you been attending the Youth Church?
A: Ok, thank you, before the youth church started we used to have what we call youth with R.O, later we have youth assembly before the youth church was properly established, which means I have been there even before the youth church started.
Interviewer: Wow

Sir, What words would you use to describe your style?

Who inspires your sense of fashion?
A: Actually I don’t really have any word to use to describe my dressing or the way I dress, what actually inspired me is by virtue of my office as an usher, because as an usher people re watch us and the way we dress same way people will address us, secondly as group leader I have to lead by example, if as a group leader and I always make it compulsory for my unit members to dress properly then I have to be a good example

A: Wow! I love my white on black with a touch of red

A: Ok
Interviewer: So, I know that Ushering is a ministry, so we'd love to know how you entered the ministry and in your journey mistakes you have made that you will advice others to avoid.
A: I started my ushering journey as a welcomer at the mfm sw3 during the time of pastor Erinle, after that pastor Paul came and later pastor Samuel Oladejo came and started the youth church properly, I was made the head of ushering right from starting of the youth church, as a person you don’t be too familiar with the man of God so that his anointing can work for you.
A: As unit head don’t be too playful with your unit members so that when you're serious they will be serious too
Interviewer: Okay sir, thank you sir
Interviewer: What's your joy in being in this ministry sir?
A: Am not sure if I can be in any other ministry other than mfm, since I started my Mfm journey in the year 2000 in lagos Ojo branch, I have never attended any other church again
What I found interesting about mfm is our way of prayers
Interviewer: And what about Ushering sir, your joy in it
Interviewer: Amazing
A: Working in the vineyard of God generally is a thing of joy to me because I see it as a privilege, if not there others will be and our father in the lord prof. Adeoye Oyewopo (R.O) has always been our source of encouragement

Interviewer: Apart from the Bible, what other books have influenced your life?

How did you develop consistency in following God?
A: I listened to other men of God outside mfm like apostle Joshua selman, and I also have this belief while growing up that as a young person, you need to be closer to old people, learn from because it’s not everything you can found in a book.

Interviewer: Who is your mentor spiritually and in other aspects of your life?
A: Every true man of God that is spiritually filled is my mentor, Dr Abubakar Bukola saraki CON the 8th senate president of the federal republic of Nigeria and two term governor of kwara state is my political mentor

Interviewer: Who is your favourite gospel artist?
How do you balance both ministry and career?
A: I don’t actually any preferable gospel artist but I listen to Good gospel music
The kind of business I do and my political journey cannot and will never affect my ministry, thank God for the technology we have in the world today, it allows you to connect to any ministration and worship anywhere you found yourself.

Interviewer: How do you balance both ministry and career sir?
A: setting clear boundaries, prioritizing devotional time, effectively managing your calendar, delegating tasks when possible, learning to say no to additional commitments, understanding your calling, and seeking support from trusted individuals to maintain a healthy balance between your professional life and spiritual obligations.

Interviewer: From the Intervieweruestions, I know you are a politician and personally, I don't really like politics because of the bad eggs there.
How can you navigate politics as a young Christian sir?
A: That’s where we re getting it wrong, the people that re really needed in politics re young vibrant Christian youth who will make things right, as a Christian we can change the narratives, for how long re will going to keep running for what we can actually corrected,
For example if it’s the only Muslim that participate in politics it’s be an easy job for them to islamize this country, we need to be there to defend our interest as a Christian.

And what's one fun fact about you sir?
A: Like I said earlier, I dress to look good and to also be a good example, frankly speaking, if I have the opportunity to get all my desire attires, you would have seen more it
Another thing is that, we re in the youth environment and we need to dress like one.

Interviewer: So as a husband, what would you advise singles out there.
A: What aspect of life?
Interviewer: In the aspect of doing relationships right and making a marital choice.
A: Yeah, that’s important.
My advice is this, while choosing a life partner look at the potential in him, what he or she is likely to become and choose who will love you and who you can respect too

Interviewer: And as a leader, how did you grow into it sir?
A: I read, I look up to those above me and I learn from them , I also respect myself and God helped me.
